Aluui Incorporated
Privacy Notice
Effective August 14, 2026. This notice describes the information practices of aluui.com and Aluui's Course Ops sales and service workflow.
Information we handle
When you contact Aluui or submit a Course Ops fit check, we may collect your name, organization, work contact details, website, current tools, registration-volume range, workflow description, preferred next step, and campaign attribution from the page URL or referring site. Course Ops campaign fields and the first landing path may be retained in session storage until the browser session ends so they remain attached across the case study, demo, fit check, and calendar path. Assessment answers stay in your browser. If you choose Include this result in a fit review, a bounded summary containing the score, result band, lowest stage, priority identifiers, and share time is carried into the form for up to four hours; the individual answers are not submitted.
When you schedule through Calendly, we copy the meeting name, your name and email, appointment time, timezone, booking status, and non-contact campaign attribution into our restricted operations records so we can prepare for and administer the meeting.
For business development, we may retain business contact information, roles, service observations, and source URLs that an organization or professional has made public. If you become a client, we also handle proposal, acceptance, invoice, onboarding, support, and workflow-delivery records agreed for the engagement.
Our hosting and security systems process ordinary request metadata such as timestamps, IP addresses, browser details, and error logs. Google Analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics and receives page, campaign, device, and interaction information. We do not send fit-check form fields to Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use personal information to answer requests, assess workflow fit, prepare and administer agreements, deliver and support approved services, secure and troubleshoot our systems, measure consented website performance, maintain suppression records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
A fit-check submission lets us respond to that request. It does not add you to an unrelated marketing list. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and locations
Aluui uses Netlify for website hosting and runtime services; a self-hosted Supabase environment on OVHcloud infrastructure in France for operational records and authentication; Resend for email delivery and inbound replies; Calendly for scheduling; GitHub for private source code and approved business-research artifacts; and, when an operator requests it, Anthropic for bounded drafting or summarization. Google processes consented analytics. Stripe will process hosted invoices and payments when that integration is activated.
These providers may process information in Canada, France, the United States, and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Information in another country may be subject to that country's laws. Contact our Privacy Lead for current information about service providers and processing locations.
Retention and safeguards
We limit access to people and systems that need the information, use authenticated administrative routes, keep service credentials out of browser code, verify signed inbound-email events, and use suppression and approval controls before outreach is sent. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Unsuccessful inquiry and prospect records are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 24 months without activity. Commercial agreements, invoices, payment evidence, and related business records are retained for at least six years after the tax year to which they relate. Suppression evidence is kept as long as reasonably needed to honour the request and avoid renewed contact. Other information is retained only while needed for the stated purpose, a dispute, security, or a legal obligation.
Your choices and requests
You can decline optional analytics without losing access to the site and can reopen Analytics settings from the footer. You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate compliance requirement applies.
Email chinedu@aluui.ca with the subject Privacy request. The Privacy Lead for Aluui Incorporated is the President. We will acknowledge the request and explain the next steps.
